Semester is over!

Hoorah, the semester is over, Mom and Dad have graduated, and Anna kicked butt in her first semester at Columbia (or at least kicked half a butt). Here I am with G'Ma at the reception after Dad's graduation from Cornell.

As for me, life is pretty exciting. The grownups in my life have finally realized that I am not a baby any more, and need a GROWNUP car seat. It has memory foam, and a plush cover, and will fit me until I go away to college in a few years. Check it out here.

Just in case you thought the only brains in the family belong to my parents and my Auntie Anna, here is a video of me using sign language, and eating toast. And last, but not least, one of these days I am going to figure out how this darned phone works, and give all of you a call.

Next blog will be of me and my first Christmas, in Ithaca. I'm sure there will be lots of pictures and videos to post!

How does this thing work

Hi all -
It's been awhile since G'Ma made a post!

If you look at my video, you can see me with my Hip Hammock - I'm sure if I just twist the straps in enough different ways, I can get it to work like G'Ma does. Check it out here.

So many legos, so little time ... and the Hip Hammock again.

Another busy day!

People must not know that after Halloween comes the Day of the Dead, as in let's lay low and snooze. I went to Cornell AGAIN (maybe next time they'll offer me a full scholarship!) - here are a couple of pictures of what I had to wear. The back red pocket has a thingamajig*, and one of the little front pockets has another thingamajig.** (*=a recorder; **=a small microphone)
Can you see the small black dot?

And for lunch, I pulled a fast one on G'Ma - I can now grab the spoon in my teeth and wave it around! Don't ask me what the point of that is - it just makes for good press.

Great day!

Whew! What a busy day! First I went to Cornell's baby lab, where they let me play with some toys. Mommy got a little carried away withHalloween, and dressed me up like a leopard - I can't imagine what the people at Cornell must have thought.

It was a beautiful day, so G'Ma and I spent the afternoon outside. I love dirt! Here is a video if you want to see how serious I am about this stuff.

And if that wasn't enough, look what Momma did to me later - turned me into a Pea Pod! G'Pa sure looks tickled, you have to admit.

Friend, and Swiffer madness

Hi y'all. I'd like you to meet my new friend, Pogo. Don't worry Chester and Beaker, I still love you best!

Also, thought you ought to know the TRUTH about how G'Ma gets her kitchen floor cleaned - but be warned - this video is 2 1/2 minutes long.

Two ways of walking

G'Pa is my new best friend - I sure get a great view up here.

Mama, on the other hand, just puts me right to sleep.

Don't ask me what's going on in the last picture - I think I'm being persecuted again!

Hmmm

I'm not sure G'Ma is taking good care of me. Here I am, plunked down in the middle of a muddy tomato patch, ignored, and SHE TAKES AWAY MY TOMATO! Now is that fair? (Ed.note: The binkie had been left in the car, so mouth was not blocked. Also, life ISN'T fair - this must be learned at a very early age.)

And another thing - she is always saying she is "gonna get you" - doesn't that sound like I'm being persecuted? Is that somehow related to the word "cute?" For evidence, I submit this video.

Hoorah - G'Ma has made a new blog just for me! I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy getting my picture taken.

I get to do a lot of new things at G'Ma's house. First of all, I want you to know that I ROCK at crawling and cruising!

But that's not all I do. I love dirt, and G'Ma's garden sure can use some pruning.

And then there is the living room - she needs all the help she can get with the piles of paper there. I do my best.
